Supper Tonight - Slow Cooked Chicken Lettuce Wraps

December 14, 2009 by susan

if you love our Quick Chicken Lettuce Wraps you will love with a cherry on top these Slow Cooker Wraps.  It is the perfect Family Friendly Friday meal when you are having another family over for dinner.  Michelle and her crew came over last night and we all devoured them.  It makes a huge batch (enough for 12) and everyone ate the same thing (no chicken nuggets or fish sticks needed for the kids).  I served them up with veggie fried rice, mandarin oranges, hot decaf tea for the kids, a bottle of pinot grigio for the adults, and a decadent chocolate kahlua cake for dessert.

  1. These look fantastic, I love slow cooker recipes- although since I live alone it always makes a ton. Quick question about the site in general, do you ever list nutrition information (specifically fat or calories) with your recipe? So many of them look like stuff I want to try, but I’m always a little worried about watching my waistline.

I understand if it’s too much work or too complicated, but thought I would check in case I missed it somewhere along the lines.

    Thanks!
