February is National Heart Month and we think it’s the perfect time to reap the benefits of these tasty foods. According to the National Heart Association, here are ten foods that love your heart:

  1. Asparagus
  2. Chocolate
  3. Green Tea
  4. Herring
  5. Oatmeal
  6. Oranges
  7. Papaya
  8. Dried Plums
  9. Sweet Potatoes
  10.  Walnuts
