The “after” picture was messy because I did a crummy job wrapping the bacon around the chicken. As a result, I’m posting the “before” picture with the cute cream cheese stuffed peppers. This picture totally grosses Susan out. While I’ll admit raw chicken is a little gross, I still think the picture looks okay. What do you think? Should we post only “after” pictures?
And BTW, don’t let the raw meat dissuade you from making this delish dish.
