• 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil • 1/4 cup(s) honey • 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce, low sodium • 1/4 tsp pepper • 3 medium chicken breast halves, boneless skinless, cubed • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced • 2 medium yellow onion, cubed • 1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
|  | 1. Mix together oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper. Reserve a little bit to brush on kebabs while marinating. 2. In a medium bowl, add cubed chicken, garlic, onions, and red pepper. Add marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours or more. 3. When ready to grill, thread chicken and veggies on skewers. (Discard marinade.) 4. Preheat grill and lightly oil grill grate. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done. Brush with reserved marinade and turn kebabs frequently to prevent burning. |
