|  | 1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Beat white of one large egg and 1/8 tsp salt until soft peaks form.
3. Beat in 1/3 cup sugar, 1 Tbs at a time, until stiff and glossy.
4. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
5. Drop mixture onto parchment paper covered or foil covered cookie sheets.
6. Place in oven, close door, turn oven off, and do not open the door. Leave cookies in oven at least overnight. Store in an airtight container.
