Aloha Chicken

Servings: 6          Prep Time: 10 min.          Cook Time: 20 min.
Serve this entree with some grilled fresh pineapple and pilaf for a real Polynesian experience. Don't forget to start marinating early.

• 6 chicken breast halves, boneless skinless
• 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
• 1/4 cup(s) sherry cooking wine
• 1/8 cup(s) red wine vinegar
• 1 cup(s) pineapple juice
• 1/4 cup(s) sugar
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder

1. Place chicken in dish and mix remaining ingredients.
2. Marinate from 2 hours to up to 24 hours.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and cook on the grill, over med-high heat, for about 7 - 10 minutes per side or until done.
