Antipasto Salad

Our kids will eat this salad because they love the salami and provolone.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
• 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
• 1/2 tsp honey
• 1 bag romaine lettuce
• 1/2 cup(s) garbanzo beans, no salt, drained and rinsed
• 16 kalamata olives, pitted
• 4 oz salami, genoa, thinly sliced
• 4 oz provolone cheese (red-fat), thinly sliced
• 1 cup(s) grape tomatoes, halved

1. Combine red wine vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Whisk. Season with s&p.

2. Combine lettuce, chick peas, olives, salami, provolone, and tomatoes. Toss with dressing and serve.
