• 4 clove(s) garlic, minced • 4 scallion(s), minced • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp light brown sugar • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 1 1/2 lb pork ribs
|  | 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. 3. Season ribs with salt and pepper and brush on both sides with sauce. Place in casserole dish or large rimmed baking sheet (skinned side down) and pour on any remaining sauce. 4. Roast the ribs on the top rack of the oven for about 45 minutes until browned and tender. Let stand for 10 minutes and then slice into individual ribs and serve. |
