Asian Chicken Salad

This easy, chillled salad tastes great in the summer.
 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup(s) chicken breast halves, boneless skinless, cooked
• 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
• 3 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
• 3 medium green onion(s), minced
• 1 package(s) ramen noodle, chicken flavor, cooked

1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and oil.
2. In a medium bowl, toss the dressing with the cooked chicken, green onions, and noodles. Chill and serve.

Note: To serve as an appetizer, make wonton cups by placing pre-made wonton squares into a tiny cupcake pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Adjust the chicken recipe to have more chicken and less noodles and fill each cup right before serving.
