• 2 lb flank steak • 1/2 cup(s) soy sauce, low sodium • 1/4 cup(s) sesame seed oil • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced • 1 tsp sesame seeds • 1/4 tsp dry mustard • 1/4 tsp ginger • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar • 2 tbsp sugar • 1/8 cup(s) green onion(s), sliced
|  | 1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a large ziplock bag. Add steak and let marinate over night.
2. Grill on med-high heat for 6 minutes per side (or on grill pan coated with cooking spray).
3. Slice diagonally across the grain for more tender slices. Serve. |
