• 1 1/2 cup(s) pecans, finely chopped • 1 1/2 tsp salt • 2 tbsp parsley (fresh) • 2 medium egg whites • 4 medium chicken breast halves, boneless skinless
|  | 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Mix pecans, salt and parsley in a shallow bowl.
3. Beat the egg whites in another shallow bowl.
4. Dredge breasts in egg whites, then pecan mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. |
