• 2 tbsp pecans, chopped • 6 slice(s) bacon • 2 cucumber(s), peeled • 1 bag romaine lettuce • 1/3 cup(s) carrots, julienne-cut • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled • 1/2 cup(s) balsamic dressing
|  | 1. Place pecans on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Set aside and cool. 2. Cook bacon (in microwave for about 4 minutes, flipping bacon half way through cook time) and crumble. 3. Combine greens, cucumbers, crumbled bacon, carrots, and blue cheese. 4. Toss with dressing and sprinkle with toasted pecans. |
