• 1 lb flank steak • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce • 2 tbsp coconut milk, light • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, creamy • 1 tbsp soy sauce, light • 1 tsp sugar • 1 tsp lime juice (fresh) • 1/2 tsp red curry paste
|  | 1. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into 1/4 inch thick slices. Combine steak and hoisin sauce in a ziplock bag. 2. For the dipping sauce - Combine coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, lime juice and red curry paste in a bowl. Set aside. 2. Thread steak onto 8 skewers (two pieces should fit on each skewer). Season with salt and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. 3. Broil steak for 3 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with dipping sauce. |
