• 2 tbsp sour cream, light • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp horseradish (prepared) • 4 tsp olive oil, divided • 8 slice(s) roast beef • 4 slice(s) provolone cheese (red-fat) • 8 slice(s) bread boule (Italian)
|  | 1. Mix together horseradish, dijon mustard, sour cream, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Chill.
2. Assemble sandwiches with 2 slices of roast beef, 1 slice provolone, and horseradish sauce. Brush both sides with olive oil (or use an olive oil cooking spray).
3. Cook sandwich in a panini grill or on a grill pan with a heavy pan on top until browned on both sides (about 5 minutes). |
