Big 'n Beefy Sammies

Servings: 8          Prep Time: 10 minutes          Cook Time: 2.5 hours
Simple to make and a crowd pleaser!
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 2 lb chuck roast
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
• 6 oz chili sauce
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp brown sugar

1. Place roast in a large covered pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours. (Beef should be ready to shred.)
2. Add butter to a large skillet. Saute onion until translucent. Add remaining ingredients, plus 1/2 cup of water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add shredded beef to skillet and saute for 30 minutes. Serve on fresh rolls.
