• 4 tomato(es), chopped • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar • 2 tbsp olive oil • 4 clove(s) garlic, minced • 1 lb thin spaghetti (whole wheat) • 1/4 cup(s) basil, chopped • 1/2 tsp oregano • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese, shaved
|  | 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Add olive oil to a pan and heat over medium. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and basil. Heat until warmed (about 2 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Serve pasta topped with tomato mixture and shaved parmesan. |
