Burgundy Beef Stew

Servings: 4          Prep Time: 10 min.          Cook Time: 1 1/2 hours
Throw all of the ingredients into a large pot and let it stew for a warm winter supper.

DIRECTIONS

• 1 can(s) beef broth, low sodium
• 1 can(s) tomato soup (healthy req.), condensed
• 1 lb beef stew meat
• 1/2 cup(s) red wine
• 3 carrots, sliced
• 1 baking potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 yellow onion, sliced
• 1/2 tsp basil

1. Place ingredients in a large sauce pan. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Stew at low temperature, stirring occasionally.

3. Simmer for 1 and a half hours or until meat and potatoes are cooked and tender.
