• 1 can(s) beef broth, low sodium • 1 can(s) tomato soup (healthy req.), condensed • 1 lb beef stew meat • 1/2 cup(s) red wine • 3 carrots, sliced • 1 baking potatoes, peeled and chopped • 1 yellow onion, sliced • 1/2 tsp basil
