Cajun Grilled Fish

Choose your favorite white fish and brush on this fab marinade.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
• 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
• 6 clove(s) garlic, minced
• 1/3 cup(s) cilantro
• 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
• 1 medium lemon(s)
• 6 medium white fish fillets, juiced

1. Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Brush both side of fish with the sauce.
3. Grill 5 minutes per side. Optional: Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice on each fillet.

Note: You can substitute parsley for the cilantro.
Suggested Side: tossed salad and wild rice
