• 1/2 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped • 1 lb ground beef • 1 large pizza dough • 20 oz whole tomatoes, peeled, drained • 2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 jalapeno pepper(s), thinly sliced
|  | 1. Swirl a little olive oil in a pan and saute chopped onion in a skillet for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Spread dough on a pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Spread chopped and drained tomatoes over pizza dough. Remove beef and onion mixture with a slotted spoon and sprinkle on top of tomatoes. Top with cheddar cheese and sliced jalapenos. 3. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 - 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. |
