• 2 tbsp peanut oil • 1 lb ground chicken • 6 green onion(s), thinly sliced • 2 tsp cornstarch • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp ginger root, minced • 1/2 cup(s) water chestnuts, sliced, chopped • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 12 leaves butter lettuce
|  | 1. Heat the peanut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, green onion and cornstarch. Cook, while breaking the chicken up into pieces, for about 4 - 5 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink. 2. Add the water chestnuts, soy sauce, ginger, and oyster sauce and cook for two more minutes. 3. To serve, spoon a heaping spoonful into the center of each lettuce leaf. Wrap the lettuce around the filling before eating. |
