• 45 vanilla wafers • 2 stick(s) butter, with salt • 1 cup(s) peanut butter, creamy • 16 oz confectioners sugar • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips • 1/2 cup(s) whipping cream
|  | 1. Crush vanilla wafers in a zip lock bag.
2. Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer. Add vanilla wafer crumbs and powdered sugar and beat until blended.
3. Pour mixture evenly into a lightly greased 13X9 pan lined with wax paper.
4. Stir together chocolate chips and whipping cream in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
5. Remove from fridge and let stand at room temp. for 10 minutes. Cut into 4 dozen bars. |
