• 6 large egg(s)
• 1 can(s) evaporated milk, 12 oz.
• 1 lb cheddar cheese, low-fat, shredded
• 1 lb monterey jack cheese (low fat), shredded
• 2 can(s) green chiles, chopped (canned), 2.5 oz.

1. Grease bottom of 9X12.

2. Layer cheese, chilis, cheese, chilis, cheese, chilis.

3. Mix eggs and evaporated milk together. Pour mixture over cheese and chilis.

4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
