• 1 bunch(es) red leaf lettuce • 2 cup(s) spinach • 1 can(s) mandarin oranges, 10 oz. • 1 cup(s) red grapes, seeded and chopped • 1/2 cup(s) almonds • 1 medium avocado, sliced • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil • 1/3 cup(s) white vinegar • 1 clove(s) garlic • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 2 tbsp chives • 1 tbsp curry powder • 1 tsp soy sauce, low sodium

2. Combine oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, chives, curry powder, and soy sauce in a blender.
