Festive Veggie Pizza

This crescent roll pizza is topped with a ranch dip and sprinkled with green and red veggies.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 1 package(s) crescent rolls
• 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise, light
• 8 oz cream cheese, low fat
• 1 package(s) Ranch dressing mix
• 2 red bell pepper, cubed
• 1 bunch(es) broccoli, chopped

1. Spread crescent rolls on a pan and cook according to package directions and let cool. You can use a round baking pan or a rectangle one.

2. Mix mayo, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.

3. Cube veggies.

4. Spread mix on rolls and sprinkle with veggies. Lightly press. Cut into squares.

Note: We usually add chopped carrots also.

I made a couple of alterations to this recipe and it was still delicious--- -used low-fat cream cheese and light mayo -used matchstick carrots (to look like cheese) -substituted sweet mini-peppers (orange, yellow, and red) in place of red and green bell peppers -added diced English cucumbers -only used about 2/3 of the cr. cheese/mayo spread because the full amount seemed really thick (my dough may not have been spread as thin as the recipe intended)
