• 4 large tomato(es) • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled • 1/4 cup(s) breadcrumbs, finely chopped • 2 tbsp green onion(s), chopped • 2 tbsp parsley (fresh), chopped • 2 tbsp olive oil
|  | 1. Cut tomatoes in half horizontally. Scoop out pulp and remove seeds. Leave tomato shells intact.
2. Chop pulp and add feta and next 4 ingredients. Add salt and pepper. Spoon mixture back into shells.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
