Soooo easy and soooooo good. My entire family devoured every bite. You may have to stop at a butcher to get skirt steak but it is well worth the stop for this 2 ingredient supper.

DIRECTIONS

• 1 1/2 lb beef skirt steak
• 1/3 cup(s) barbeque sauce

1. Season skirt steak with a little kosher salt and pepper. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides (we used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce).

2. Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium high. Coat with cooking spray or olive oil. Once hot, cook meat for 4 - 5 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes.

3. Cut into strips at a diagonal, against the grain of the meat.
