• 1 cup(s) pepper jack cheese, low-fat, grated • 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat • 3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise, light • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese, grated • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh) • 1 tsp tabasco sauce • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

2. Combine all of the ingredients in a casserole and gently stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Bake for 40 minutes.
4. Serve hot with pita chips or crackers.
