• 1 lb ground beef, 95% lean • 2 cup(s) green bell pepper, chopped • 3 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped • 1 jar pasta sauce (marinara) • 1/4 cup(s) Italian dressing, light • 12 lasagna noodles • 1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese (part skim), shredded
|  | 1. Brown meat and drain.
2. Break lasagna noodles into quarters.
3. Add green pepper, garlic, sauce, italian dressing (zesty is preferred), and 1 2/3 cup of water to the meat; bring to a boil; stir in noodles. Reduce heat to med-low and cover.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 - 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
5. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve! |
