Maple Glazed Salmon

Servings: 4          Prep Time: 10 minutes plus 2 hours to marinate          Cook Time: 15 min.
Our kids will eat anything if it has enough maple syrup on it.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
• 2 tbsp orange juice
• 1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
• 4 salmon fillet(s)

1. For the marinade - Combine first 3 ingredients in a zip-lock bag. Add the salmon and refrigerate for a few hours if possible.

2. Remove fish from bag, reserving the marinade. Pour marinade into a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook until thickened (about 5 minutes).

3. Preheat grill pan on medium high. Spray with cooking spray. Cook fish for about 4 - 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

4. Remove fish from grill pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle thickened marinade on top and serve.
