Martini Olives

These are actually olives without the martini, but they are marinated in gin (or vodka) and vermouth.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 32 oz green olives, pimento stuffed, drained
• 1/4 cup(s) gin
• 1 tbsp vermouth

1. Place gin (or vodka) and vermouth in a bowl. Add olives and stir.

2. Let steep for half an hour or up to two days. Serve with toothpicks.
