DIRECTIONS

• 1 can(s) black beans (canned, no salt)
• 1 can(s) corn, shoepeg
• 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
• 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
• 1/4 cup(s) sugar
• 1/4 cup(s) cider vinegar

1. Combine black beans, corn, feta, olive oil, sugar and cider vinegar in a bowl.

2. Toss and serve with tortilla chips or fritos.

This is a GREAT dip that is pefect for parties as it doubles easily. I would add a scallion or 4, plus make the olive oil, sugar, cider vinegar dressing separately so you can taste it before you mix it all because it might be too sweet for you. I use less sugar. It is REALLY good though!
