Mixed Greens with French Vinaigrette

Side salads in France are all about mixing up different greens and tossing them in a yummy vinaigrette.

DIRECTIONS

• 4 cup(s) lettuce spring mix
• 1 French bread baguette (about 2 ft.)
• 1/4 cup(s) French vinaigrette

1. For the croutons - Dice bread into 1 inch cubes. Place under the broiler for 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Toss mixed greens, croutons and French vinaigrette (we like Brianna's French Vinaigrette).
