• 8 slice(s) bread boule (Italian) • 4 slice(s) prosciutto • 4 slice(s) mozzarella cheese, part skim • 1 tomato(es), sliced • 8 leaves basil (fresh) • 4 tsp balsamic dressing • 2 tsp olive oil
|  | 1. Assemble sandwiches with bread slice, prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves. Spray balsamic dressing on top of basil leaves and top with bread slice.
2. Brush both sides of sandwich with olive oil or olive oil cooking spray.
3. Cook in panini grill or on a grill pan with a heavy skillet on top of sandwiches (to press them down) until brown and crispy. |
