• 24 oz red potatoes (small) • 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise, light • 1/4 cup(s) sour cream, light • 1/4 cup(s) buttermilk, low-fat • 2 tbsp dill (dried), minced • 1/4 cup(s) chives, chopped • 1 tsp sugar • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
|  | 1. Boil potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool. Slice into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
2. Combine next 6 ingredients. Add tabasco to taste.
3. Toss potatoes with dressing until coated. Season generously with kosher salt. Garnish with leftover dill. |
