• 1/2 cup(s) white wine vinegar • 1/4 cup(s) sun-dried tomatoes, oil packed • 1/4 cup(s) shallot(s) • 2 clove(s) garlic • 1 tbsp honey • 2 tsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp capers, drained, drained • 2/3 cup(s) olive oil • 1 bag romaine lettuce • 1/4 cup(s) sunflower seeds, shelled • 2 oz parmesan cheese, shaved
|  | 1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Slowly add olive oil. Season with kosher salt and pepper.
2. Combine greens, sunflower seeds and parmesan cheese (or gruyere). Serve with dressing on the side. |
