• 2 stick(s) butter, with salt, softened • 1 egg yolk(s) • 1/2 cup(s) sugar • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 pinch salt • 2 cup(s) flour • 1 jar raspberry jam (seedless)
|  | 1. Combine butter, egg yolk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add flour. Mix well.
2. Mold into SMALL balls (do not make too large). Press balls down in center with finger or the back of a small measuring spoon. Place small amount of jelly in center with a small spoon or decorating bag.
3. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown around edges (about 10 minutes).
