• 3 cup(s) watermelon, seeded and chopped
• 2 jalapeno pepper(s), seeded and chopped
• 1/2 cucumber(s), diced
• 1/4 cup(s) mint (dried), chopped
• 1/4 cup(s) red onion, diced
• 1/4 cup(s) lime juice (fresh)

1. Add watermelon, mint, jalapeno, red onion, cucumber and lime juice. Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt.
2. Serve with fish or meat or as an appetizer with tortilla chips.
