     The "Family Friendly Friday" meal this week combines two of our family's faves:  burgers and chicken parm.  The baked ravioli is also fabulous, filling, and kid friendly.  Mangoes make almost any recipe divine.  If you don't cook with them, you need to start with the Shrimp, Avocado and Mango Quesadillas.  Your family will love you for it.

The Slow Cooked Chicken Lettuce Wraps are fabulous and they make a huge batch. Surprise a friend who is having a rough week and bring half of the meal over to them.  Our kids would eat egg sandwiches any day of the week for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  We heated them up a little for the adults with the Baja Egg Sandwiches - yum!

     There are a lot of yummy recipes to warm your bellies and bodies this week. The Bring Me Some More Beef Stew is more time consuming than a typical YGS recipe, but so worth it! Make it on a Sunday and enjoy throughout the week.  The Rockin' Moroccan Chicken is well, rockin'.  And if you like French Onion Soup, you must try this week's recipe.  The onions are caramelized in the oven - so simple and good!
