The kid friendly meal of the week is the Slow Cookin' Steak Fajitas. The Chicken with Tomato & Basil Feta and the Tilapia dish are both super quick and easy. If you have some leftover sun-dried tomatoes from last week, make the sun-dried tomato sauce (it freezes great).
